Technical Training Modules

• 1. Industrial Bridging Program (6 Months) A comprehensive internship designed to transition students from a classroom mindset to an industrial workflow. The curriculum covers Industrial Safety Standards, Workplace Ethics, and the fundamentals of plant operations.
• 2. Advanced Electrical Mastery We go beyond textbooks with hands-on training in High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) cabling. Students learn proper termination techniques (Glanding & Lugging), cable tray routing, and how to read and interpret complex Panel Board General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
• 3. Operational Systems & Maintenance Practical exposure to live machinery control. Training includes the installation and troubleshooting of Star-Delta and DOL motor feeders, VFD basics, and Transformer protection systems. We emphasize fault detection and preventative maintenance routines.

Placement & Recruitment Support

We provide end-to-end career assistance for B.Tech, Diploma, and ITI Electrical candidates. Our goal is to ensure every trainee secures a position that matches their skill level.
